WSP is currently searching for Graduate Consultant
- Business Development and Proposal Support to join our team in Sharjah.

As a Graduate, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects while learning and developing your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. This role offers a unique opportunity for career growth and the chance to make a meaningful impact.
**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and business opportunities in the engineering sector.
- Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and client-facing documents.
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to build relationships and gather market intelligence.
- Aid in the preparation and coordination of proposal documents, including writing, editing, and formatting content.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather and organize relevant information for proposals.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and submission guidelines.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the coordination of proposal schedules, deadlines, and internal reviews.
- Track proposal progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintain and update business development and proposal databases.
- Support administrative tasks related to business development and proposal activities.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of business development and proposal management processes is a plus.
