**What you will be doing**:

- Greet, check-in, respond to requests while providing exceptional service
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
- **Your experience and skills include**:

- Should have min. 1 years of experience as Guest Relations for a 5 Star Resort in UAE
- Being Multi-lingual i.e. Arabic / German/Russian / French languages would be a Plus
- Prior experience working with Opera is Mandatory
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
