Minimum 2 years experience in Project Co-ordination

Project Planning: Collaborate with clients, architects, and interior designers to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines. Develop a detailed project plan, including task scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.

Coordination and Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal team members. Facilitate effective communication among all parties involved, ensuring that everyone is well-informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports. Prepare regular project status reports and present updates to clients and management.

Resource Management: Identify and allocate the necessary resources for the successful execution of the project. This includes coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, managing subcontractors' schedules, and coordinating labor requirements.

Budget Monitoring: Track project expenses and monitor the budget to ensure adherence to financial targets. Identify potential cost overruns or budget constraints and propose appropriate solutions to mitigate risks.

Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality standards for the interior fitout project. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, building codes, and industry regulations.

Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying potential delays or obstacles. Take proactive measures to address any issues, implement corrective actions, and keep the project on track.

Problem Solving: Anticipate and proactively address project challenges, such as design changes, material shortages, or unforeseen site conditions. Collaborate with the project team to develop solutions and ensure the smooth progression of the project.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all project activities adhere to relevant health and safety regulations. Implement safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and promote a culture of safety among project participants.

Client Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction with the project outcomes.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
