Outdoor Salesman

**Job Title: Outdoor Salesman - Grocery Products**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit grocery stores, mini-marts, supermarkets, and similar retailers to promote and collect orders for our products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and managers to encourage repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure product availability and visibility at customer locations.
- Follow up on previous visits and maintain a consistent sales route.
- Record daily sales activities, order details, and customer feedback.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor products.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outdoor sales, specifically in the **grocery sector**.
- Strong knowledge of local retail shops and purchasing patterns.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time well, and handle rejections professionally.
- Must be physically active and comfortable with field work.
- High school certificate or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license.
