We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Typist to join our team at Wordcraft. As a Typist, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling various administrative tasks and supporting our clients with UAE employment visa processing and related services.

**Responsibilities**:

- UAE Employment Visa Process: Demonstrate expertise in the UAE employment visa process, including handling procedures through the company portal, MOHRE, E-Channel, ICP, Tawjeh and Tasheel services.
- Knowledge of Civil Defence and UAE Labor Law: Possess an added advantage by being familiar with Civil Defence regulations and the UAE Labor Law to effectively handle related documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel: Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel efficiently to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to team members and clients, addressing inquiries and assisting with relevant documentation.
- Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure strict adherence to the company's quality and compliance standards, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Deadline Management: Manage tasks and assignments to meet deadlines and maintain efficient workflow.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Typist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
