The Electrical Supervisor oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. This role ensures that all electrical operations comply with safety standards, regulations, and company policies. The Electrical Supervisor also coordinates with other departments, manages a team of electricians, and addresses any electrical issues that arise on-site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and direct a team of electricians and electrical apprentices.
- Schedule and assign work tasks to team members.
- Provide training and mentorship to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend career development opportunities.
- **Project Oversight**:

- Plan and oversee electrical installations and maintenance projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Review project plans and specifications to determine electrical requirements.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Collaborate with other departments and contractors to coordinate electrical work.
- Communicate effectively with management, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress, maintenance activities, and safety incidents.
- **Resource Management**:

- Manage inventory of electrical supplies and equipment.
- Order and procure necessary materials and tools.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electrical technology preferred.
- **Experience**: [X] years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair; previous supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- **Licensing**: Relevant electrical licenses and certifications as required by local regulations.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
- Capability to work in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces and heights.
- Manual dexterity and coordination.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
