Secretary / Personal Assistant
**Key Responsibilities**
**Administrative Support**:
- Maintain filing systems, records, and databases
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Draft correspondence, memos, and reports
- Prepare and process invoices, contracts, and project documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
- Manage travel arrangements and reservations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Ensure smooth communication between the owner and team
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience as a secretary, executive assistant, or administrative assistant
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the construction or property management industry is a plus
