**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of film and print production, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
- Collaborate with directors, photographers, and designers to ensure creative visions are translated into high-quality outputs.
- Source and manage production crews, locations, equipment, and other resources.
- Supervise on-set and on-location activities, ensuring schedules and budgets are adhered to.
- Oversee the post-production process, including editing, color grading, sound design, and print material preparation.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their project requirements and provide regular updates on progress.
- Ensure all productions meet technical and quality standards while adhering to deadlines.
- Manage budgets and optimize resources for cost-effective production outcomes.
- Maintain a database of production assets, including equipment, locations, and intellectual property.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance production capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations during all production activities.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Minimum 3 years** of experience in film and print production, preferably within the fashion or media industry.
- Strong knowledge of production workflows, equipment, and software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Proven experience in managing on-set and post-production processes.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the fashion, media, or entertainment industries is a plus.
