**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret HVAC drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Measure, cut, and assemble ducts using hand and power tools.
- Install sheet metal ducts, fiberglass ducts, flexible ducts, and other types as required.
- Seal joints and connections in duct systems to improve efficiency and reduce air leakage.
- Support HVAC system installations, including fans, diffusers, and dampers.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to ensure proper integration of systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair duct-related issues as needed.
- Adhere to safety standards and building codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Ductman.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and duct installation procedures.
- Proficient in using duct fabrication and installation tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices and PPE usage.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in both commercial and residential ductwork.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of air balancing and system airflow requirements.
