- Handle cash management and banking procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations, including health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
