**Job description**

**Job Opening: Manager - Accounts Executive**
**Location**: Sharjah, UAE
**Company**: Reputed Accounting and Tax Consulting Firm

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting and Financial Management**:

- Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and ledger finalization.
- Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

**Tax Compliance and Advisory**:

- Oversee VAT and UAE Corporate Tax return filing and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Assist clients in tax planning, tax efficiency, and FTA-related matters.
- Represent clients during tax audits and regulatory reviews.

**Audit and Controls**:

- Manage internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Implement effective internal controls to minimize risks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure audit-readiness of client records.

**Team Management and Leadership**:

- Guide and supervise junior accountants and assistants.
- Monitor performance, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.
- Provide ongoing training and knowledge-sharing to the team.

**Client Service and Communication**:

- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored accounting/tax solutions.
- Regularly engage with clients on business and regulatory updates.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
