We are hiring Executive secretary for a GM of 5 star hotel UAE

Duties typically include:

- Organizing and maintaining meeting calendars and schedules for the General Manager and other staff
- Answering and screening phone calls, responding to inquiries and directing calls as necessary
- Drafting, reviewing and revising memos, letters, reports and other documents
- Ensure all documents are accurate, updated and filed appropriately
- Taking meeting minutes and preparing detailed reports
- Interacting with visitors, customers and suppliers
- Providing support to other departments within the hotel as required
- Updating and tracking budgets and expenditure
- Creating and releasing press releases and other marketing communications
- Assisting with recruitment and HR related activities
- Assisting with special projects and research
- Providing support to the General Manager in any additional administrative duties that may be assigned.

**Salary**: From AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- As Executive Secretary: 3 years (required)
