**Job Title**: Ladies Beauty Salon Manager (Female)

**Location**: Corniche, Abu Dhabi, UAE

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ladies beauty salon, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage and motivate a team of beauty professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue, including promotional campaigns, packages, and special offers.
- Monitor inventory levels and procurement of salon supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products, and incorporate them into salon services as appropriate.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Handle marketing tasks to develop and execute marketing plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary salon environment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing payroll, and preparing financial reports.
- Meet and greet clients and make them feel welcomed at all times, and handle complaints in effective and smart manner.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing a ladies beauty salon in the UAE, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, with exceptional communication skills.
- Knowledge of beauty treatments, techniques, and products.
- Experience in photography / videography and digital marketing is required.
- Familiarity with salon software and administrative procedures.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
