Position: Maintenance Supervisor (Building Projects)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage all aspects of maintenance for our building projects. This role involves overseeing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and civil work, handling tenant relations, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the building.

Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise and manage all MEP and civil work activities.

*Address and resolve tenant complaints promptly and professionally.

*Oversee subcontractors, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.

*Manage tenant transitions, including preparation, handover, and evacuation as needed.

*Ensure the building remains in top condition through planned preventive maintenance.

*Coordinate with cleaning teams to maintain the cleanliness of the building.

*Prepare and submit detailed maintenance reports, inspection results, and updates.

*Use your own vehicle to travel between sites and perform tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
*Minimum of 6 years of experience in maintenance supervision or a similar role.

*Proven ability to manage subcontractors, labor teams, and effectively handle tenant complaints.

*Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

*Ability to prepare detailed and accurate reports.

*Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
