**Job description**

Working directly with customers who shop at the retail store, the Sales Executive, dedicated to excellent customer service, meets sales quotas by driving sales through engagement and sharing product knowledge. As with all employees, the Technical Sales Executive is responsible for ensuring professional ethics are never compromised, understanding, and complying with company and regulatory policies and procedures.
- **Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities**:_
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks/product space is fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Sales Manage
- Stay up to date with new products/services
- Sales review reports Mandatory daily reports via company resource [CRM] and weekly sales reviews with the Sales Manager.
- Collection and reporting on Market Intelligence.

**Job Specifications/Skills**:

- Proven work experience as Retail Sales personnel, Sales Associate, or similar role in l**arge tile, or marble showrooms.**:

- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver’s license for applicable location. [if travel is required]
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

**Arabic speaker mandatory**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
