**1Job Title: Rope Access Glass Cleaner (IRATA Level 1)**

Job Summary: As a Rope Access Glass Cleaner (IRATA Level 1), you will be responsible for performing glass cleaning and maintenance tasks on various structures using rope access techniques. You will work as part of a team, ensuring that all glass surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of safety and quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform rope access techniques to access glass surfaces located in high-rise buildings or other challenging environments.
- Clean and maintain glass surfaces, including windows, facades, curtain walls, skylights, and other architectural elements.
- Use specialized cleaning equipment and tools, such as squeegees, scrapers, brushes, and detergents, to effectively remove dirt, grime, and stains from glass surfaces.
- Conduct inspections to identify any damages or defects on the glass surfaces and report them to the appropriate authorities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures while working at heights and using rope access systems.
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of rope access systems, including the installation and removal of anchor points, ropes, and other necessary equipment.
- Maintain and inspect personal protective equipment (PPE) regularly to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute cleaning projects efficiently and effectively.
- Adhere to project schedules and meet deadlines for assigned tasks.
- Attend regular training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and stay updated with the latest industry practices.

**Requirements**:

- IRATA Level 1 certification is mandatory.
- Experience in glass cleaning and maintenance, preferably in rope access environments, is desirable.
- Proficient in using cleaning equipment and tools specific to glass cleaning.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to working at heights and rope access systems.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to work in challenging weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that may arise during cleaning operations.

SALARY: Total Gross Salary **AED. 1450 / Freshers ||AED 1750/UAE EXPERIENCE**

**Salary**: AED1,200.00 - AED1,750.00 per month
