**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate site activities for swimming pool and building construction projects.
- Assign daily tasks to site workers and subcontractors based on project requirements.
- Ensure all construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor site progress and report daily to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets required standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage site resources including materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently.
- Maintain accurate site documentation including daily logs, attendance records, and progress reports.
- Address on-site issues promptly and ensure resolution to avoid delays.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma/ Bachelors in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in swimming pool and building construction.
- Strong knowledge of civil, MEP works, waterproofing, and finishing.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
- Proven experience managing labor teams and subcontractors.
- Familiarity with construction safety practices and regulatory compliance.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- swimming pool : 5 years (required)
- Building construction : 4 years (required)
