**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a receptionist in medical field
- Excellent knowledge and experience in receptionist duties
- Experience in the field of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is a definite plus
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of inquiries
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Immediate availability to join is preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide administrative support to the clinic staff as needed
- Assist in coordinating patient consultations and procedures
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
- Adhere to clinic policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations

**Experience**:

- receptionist: 3 years (preferred)

- Arabic (preferred)
