Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales leads

Promote and sell company products/services effectively

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Handle customer objections and provide solutions confidently

Follow up with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer retention.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Address customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in telesales/cold calling (preferred)

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Confidence in handling objections and closing sales

Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi etc.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data management

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
