**Position Overview**:

**Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of hairstylists, colorists, estheticians, and other salon professionals within designated sections.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to team members to enhance their skills, performance, and customer interaction.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, promoting teamwork and professional growth.

**Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across various sections.
- Schedule and allocate staff resources effectively to meet client demand and maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Monitor and manage appointment schedules, ensuring timely service delivery and adherence to customer appointments.

**Customer Service Excellence**:

- Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring clients receive exceptional salon experiences.
- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues that arise.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all salon services, treatments, and procedures are performed to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with established salon protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with salon professionals to enhance skills and stay updated with industry trends and techniques.

**Inventory and Supplies**:

- Monitor inventory levels of salon products, tools, and supplies, and coordinate with management to restock as needed.
- Manage the proper usage and storage of products, minimizing wastage and maximizing cost efficiency.

**Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze section performance metrics, such as client satisfaction, service utilization, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving section performance and achieving financial goals.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in cosmetology, salon management, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a salon supervisor, lead stylist, or a similar role, with a strong track record of team leadership and customer service excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of salon operations, haircare, skincare, and beauty treatments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using salon software and scheduling systems.
- Aesthetic sensibility and awareness of current beauty and fashion trends.
