**Position**:Telecaller
**Location**: Dubai
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in real estate telecalling

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Engagement**: Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients, understanding their real estate needs and preferences.

2. **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify and generate leads through outbound calls, ensuring a steady flow of potential customers to the sales team.

3. **Appointment Setting**: Schedule property viewings and meetings for our sales representatives, optimizing their time and maximizing productivity.

4. **Database Management**: Update and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective follow-ups.

5. **Customer Follow-up**: Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls, providing information on new properties and market trends.

6. **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback on property viewings and services to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
1. **Experience**:A minimum of 1 year of telecalling experience in the real estate sector is mandatory.

2. **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive communication style.

3. **Customer-Centric Approach**: Demonstrated ability to understand and address customer needs, fostering positive relationships.

4. **Sales Acumen**:Basic understanding of real estate sales processes and the ability to generate interest and leads.

5. **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of calls and tasks effectively.

6. **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work seamlessly with the sales team, providing them with qualified leads and insights.
