**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counselling**:

- Assess the educational and professional backgrounds of potential students to recommend the most suitable course options.
- Answer questions and address concerns regarding course content, structure, benefits, and career opportunities.
- **Enrollment Process**:

- Assist with the completion of necessary documentation and payment procedures.
- Follow up with applicants to ensure successful enrollment and course commencement.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students by providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Course Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to promote the Digital Marketing Online Certification Course.
- Participate in webinars, info sessions, and other promotional events to attract and engage potential students.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and online education.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of the target audience and provide feedback to the course development team.
- **Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to student inquiries, enrollments, and satisfaction.
- Identify areas for improvement in the counselling and enrollment processes and implement solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in educational counselling, sales, or customer service.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and trends is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in online education or e-learning platforms.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or related fields.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
