**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field /CACHE Level 3 (fully attested in the UAE and home country)
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or early childhood setting.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Familiarity with UAE cultural values and an understanding of cultural diversity.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the nursery's curriculum guidelines.
- Adapt lessons and activities to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual needs.
- Incorporate outdoor and nature-based learning experiences to promote environmental awareness and a connection with the natural world.
- Observe and assess children's progress, tracking their developmental milestones and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide individualized attention and support, addressing each child's unique learning style and needs
- Implement strategies to support children with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities or special educational requirements.
- Create a welcoming and organized classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration, engagement and independence.
- Establish and enforce age-appropriate rules and routines to ensure a safe and secure learning environment.
