**Human Resource Business Partner**

This ecosystem offers an all-in-one solution for Digital Currency; made to trade, invest, and stake. We have license from over 7 countries and currently holds 120+ employees.**
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to the organization, working closely with business leaders and managers to align HR initiatives with business objectives. The HRBP provides expert HR guidance and support in areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement. They play a critical role in driving the overall people strategy and creating a positive and productive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop a deep understanding of the business goals, challenges, and strategies, and collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives and programs accordingly.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to managers and employees, acting as a trusted advisor on a wide range of HR matters.
- Proactively identify HR implications of business decisions and provide recommendations to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment and selection processes, including identifying critical roles, attracting top talent, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience.
- Support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, coaching, and development planning.
- Collaborate with managers to identify and address employee development needs, succession planning, and talent retention strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary issues, promoting fair and consistent treatment of employees.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and practices that foster a positive work environment.
- Assess organizational needs and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, including organizational design, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and develop action plans to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Facilitate leadership and team development programs to build leadership capabilities and enhance team effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Manage employee data, HR systems, and reporting to provide accurate and timely HR information to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the HR operations team to streamline HR processes and continuously improve service delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in HR or an HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into HR initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
