**Senior Project Manager - STP/WWTP Projects**

**Industry**: Water & Wastewater Treatment
**Availability**: Immediate Joiners Preferred (No Notice Period)

**Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in water and wastewater treatment projects?**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end project execution (design, construction, commissioning) for STP/WWTP projects.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Track and control project schedules using **Primavera or MS Project**.
- Approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project cash flows.
- Ensure compliance with **local authorities** (DEWA, SEWA, ADM, etc.).
- Conduct and lead project meetings with stakeholders and top management.
- Handle variations, claims, and contract administration (e.g., FIDIC).
- Enforce safety, quality control, and environmental regulations on site.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
- **Minimum 10 years** of total experience; **5+ years as a Project Manager** in STP/WWTP projects in the **UAE or GCC**.
- Strong technical knowledge in **MBBR, MBR, SBR, ASP**, and other treatment technologies.
- Solid experience with **lump sum and design & build contracts** (FIDIC-based).
- Proficient in **Primavera / MS Project**, **AutoCAD**, and related project tools.
- Excellent **leadership, negotiation, and communication** skills.
- Fluent in **English**; **Arabic** is an added advantage.
- **Valid UAE driving license** is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
