PrimeFour Consulting, recognized as one of the UAE's top 10 most promising financial consultancy firms, is seeking a dedicated Accounting/Taxation & Audit Manager to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with extensive knowledge of UAE taxation (Corporate Tax & VAT), IFRS accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and audit procedures, along with a strong background in complex accounting.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Accounting & Compliance**:Manage complex accounting assignments and backlog client work in compliance with IFRS standards.

**- Audit & Risk Management**: Perform audit procedures, including sampling, risk assessments, analytics, and report preparation, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation.

**- Tax Expertise**: Provide advisory and consultancy services for VAT and Corporate Tax, guiding clients through UAE tax regulations and ensuring compliance.

**- Client Engagement**:Deliver consultancy services effectively, answering financial queries, managing complex tasks, and offering clear, actionable advice.

**- Inventory Management**:Conduct inventory reconciliation and management, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient processes.

**- Independent Reviews**:Conduct independent reviews of client accounts and provide compliance guidance in line with UAE regulations.
- Conduct KYC/due diligence process with regard to on boarding of clients

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Chartered Accountant or equivalent

**Experience**: Minimum 4 years in a similar role, with at least 2 years of UAE experience.

**Professional Experience**:Experience in an accounting/taxation or audit firm is preferred

**Software Proficiency**:Skilled in Tally, Zoho, ERP, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.

**Skills Required**:

- Tax & Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of UAE taxation (VAT and Corporate Tax) and regulatory requirements is essential.
- Proficiency in IFRS standards, audit practices, and risk assessments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.) and adaptability with new platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle complex financial tasks.
- Knowledge of UAE AML compliance regulations

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
