**Position Summary**:
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion. This role involves planning, executing, and overseeing project activities, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-quality results.
- Key Responsibilities.
- Arabic Speaker with minimum 1-2 years of Marble and Stone industry experience Preferred.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
- 3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction In Marble and Stone: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving License (preferred)
