We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fit-out Foreman who has an experience in gypsum boards, to join our team. The Fit-out Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all fit-out works on our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and coordinate all fit-out activities on construction sites, including carpentry, drywall installation, painting, and finishing works.

2. Manage and schedule subcontractors and tradespeople involved in fit-out works, ensuring that they adhere to project timelines and specifications.

3. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and safety compliance of fit-out works.

4. Troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during the fit-out process and implement effective solutions.

5. Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and manpower usage for fit-out activities.

6. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the fit-out process.

7. Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on site to prevent accidents and injuries.

8. Provide training and guidance to junior staff members as needed to ensure their professional development and growth.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience working as a Fit-out Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.

2. Thorough understanding of fit-out techniques, materials, and processes.

3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

5. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

6. Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.

7. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus.

9. Arabic Speaker is a plus.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
