**We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Assistant Manager to lead Company. **Assist in the development and implementation of service delivery policies, systems, processes and procedures covering all relevant business functions e.g. Quality, HSE etc. so that all business requirements are fulfilled while delivering quality services to customers in line with the service standards, vision and mission.Assist in service delivery plan are prepared, implemented and monitored to meet contractual obligations with clients, achieve the overall revenue, profitability and growth targets for each service line/customer account.Support in compliance to all relevant Quality and Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) management policies, procedures, standards and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.**

**Duties And Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and assist with all work processes set up in the warehouse on any typical day at work.
- Arrange for incoming and outgoing shipments to be handled according to set company rules and regulations.
- Ensure orderly and safe working conditions at all times and ensure that all safety and health protocols are being followed.
- Assure the accurate and timely shipping and receiving of all subcontract work materials and finished products.
- Establish and maintain workable and efficient inventory systems and controls for all raw and finished materials.
- Ascertain that inventory is kept current at all times and ensure timely delivery of products from factories or vendors.
- Create schedules for each warehouse employee and ensure that he or she is working towards set goals.
- Hire and train new employees and ensure that they are comfortable in the use and maintenance of equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Assist in preparing documents to be sent with each shipment and ensure that incoming deliveries are complete, along with associated paperwork.
- Monitor and provide for the quality assurance of finished products and ensure that delivery deadlines are met properly.
- In the case of employees breaking company rules or going against laid-down procedures in a firm, the assistant manager is saddled with the responsibility of handling such situations.
- Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting the store manager as needed.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Degree in Engineering preferably with knowledge of consumer services delivery, service delivery operations management etC.
- Minimum Experience (number of years): 2-5 years experience within the facility management or hospitality industry managing business operations, profitability and teams.
- Job-specific Skills: General management skills, effective communication in English and Arabic, business acumen, problem solving skills.
- A bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous.
- Good resource planning skills.
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred male.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
