We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Power User** to support and drive the effective use of our Business Central ERP system. As a Power User, you will serve as the in-house expert and liaison between departments, ensuring optimal system performance and utilization. This role involves a deep understanding of the platform’s functionalities, supporting end-users, and customizing Business Central to meet the unique needs of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities
- **System Optimization and Customization**:

- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to align with business needs.
- Identify, implement, and maintain best practices for system utilization across departments.
- **End-User Support and Training**:

- Act as the primary support contact for Business Central end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support for system-related queries.
- Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and best practice documentation.
- **Data Management and Analysis**:

- Ensure data integrity and consistency within Business Central, including data input, migration, and cleanup.
- Use Business Central's reporting tools and Power BI integration to generate data insights, dashboards, and performance reports for decision-making.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Collaborate with department heads to understand business requirements and adapt Business Central workflows and processes accordingly.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, workflow enhancements, and efficiency improvements using Business Central’s capabilities.
- Lead initiatives to test and implement new features, updates, and modules.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Act as the bridge between end-users, the IT team, and Microsoft support when necessary.
- Provide feedback to IT and upper management on system performance, user satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional projects that impact or integrate with Business Central.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Power User or Administrator of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience.
- **Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including modules such as Financials, Inventory, Sales, and Project Management.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, or other Microsoft 365 integration tools is highly preferred.
- Understanding of data structures, database management, and SQL queries is a plus.
