As a Corporate Finance and M&A Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our company's corporate finance and M&A activities. You will work closely with senior management to develop and execute corporate finance strategies, identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities, and conduct due diligence on target companies. You will be responsible for financial analysis, modeling, and valuation, as well as the preparation of presentations and reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of corporate finance and M&A strategies.
- Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities, and conduct due diligence on target companies.
- Perform financial analysis, modeling, and valuation, including DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analysis.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and the board of directors.
- Participate in negotiations and deal structuring.
- Support the integration of acquired companies into the organization.
- Maintain and update financial models and databases.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes.
- Assist in other corporate finance activities as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related field.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of M&A processes and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
