We are seeking an experienced **Plumbing Foreman - Fit-Out** to supervise plumbing installation teams on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise plumbing installation works including piping, fixtures, drainage, and water supply systems for interior fit-out projects.
- Manage and coordinate daily work schedules, manpower, and materials with project managers and site engineers.
- Ensure all plumbing work complies with project drawings, specifications, and local codes.
- Monitor workmanship quality and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
- Inspect completed plumbing installations for quality assurance and functionality.
- Report site progress, challenges, and manpower needs to the site engineer or project manager.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and use of plumbing materials and tools.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving installation issues during commissioning.

**Requirements**:

- Technical diploma or certification in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Plumbing Foreman in fit-out or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation techniques, and local regulations.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Proficient in reading plumbing drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in integrated MEP coordination.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
