**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Greet and warmly welcome customers, promptly escorting them to their seats and presenting menus.
- Articulately describe menu items, specials, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Effectively communicate customer orders, ensuring accurate preparation and timely delivery.
- Serve the order with finesse, exhibiting a keen attention to detail in presentation and ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Attentively monitoring customer satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or requests, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Exhibit exceptional product knowledge, staying updated on the products to provide informative responses to customer inquiries.
- Skillfully operate the point-of-sale system, accurately processing orders, handling payments, and providing detailed receipts.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the colleague, effectively conveying customer preferences, modifications, and any special requests to ensure precise execution.
- Regularly monitor inventory levels and promptly restock supplies, maintaining a well-equipped and organized service area.
- Contribute to the smooth opening and closing procedures, including setup, breakdown, and cleaning tasks to uphold a polished and inviting atmosphere.
- Adhere to stringent health and safety protocols, strictly following proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices at all times.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering a welcoming and attentive experience to all patrons.
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide recommendations on menu items and beverages.
- Take accurate and detailed orders from customers, ensuring all special requests.
- Continuously monitor customer satisfaction throughout the order experience, promptly addressing any concerns or issues to ensure a positive resolution.
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, or other forms of payment in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Uphold professional appearance and behavior, adhering to dress code policies, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude, and displaying excellent communication skills.
