- To welcome guests and answer all inquiries with patience whilst observing set standards.
- Have complete knowledge of the classes and services offered, and any promotions that may be on offer at the time.
- To ensure promotion and selling of memberships are made to maximize the business and aim to give all clientele the best possible service
- To take payments for athletic club services/bookings and handle cash/credit card transactions.
- Schedule reservations of tennis courts, and classes for guests and monitor availability and staff to ensure prompt service.
- Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities.
- Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisor
