**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Execution**:

- Identify, prospect, and close new sales opportunities in the GCC region for the company's IT solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycles, including client proposal preparation, negotiations, and closure.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client-specific needs and tailor solutions to address their business challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor by presenting relevant value propositions.
- **Market Development**:

- Research and analyze market trends and competitor offerings to position the company's solutions effectively.

**Key Skills and Requirements**
- **Experience and Expertise**:

- 5-7 years of proven success in technology solution sales, preferably in the GCC region.
- Familiarity with selling solutions like self-service kiosks, payment systems, ERP (Odoo preferred), and IT testing/QA services.
- **Regional Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of the GCC market and client preferences.
- A valid GCC driving license is mandatory.
- **Sales Skills**:

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Adept at preparing compelling proposals and closing deals.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Basic understanding of ERP systems, payment solutions, and online marketing.
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
