**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Cut, trim, bone, and prepare meat products (beef, lamb, chicken, and other meats) according to customer requirements and store standards.
- Ensure proper portioning, packaging, labeling, and storage of meat products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butchery section, equipment, and tools.
- Check and monitor meat quality, freshness, and expiry dates.
- Handle customer orders politely and provide product recommendations when needed.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations as per Dubai Municipality standards.
- Receive and inspect deliveries of meat supplies and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain proper stock rotation (FIFO) to minimize waste and maximize freshness.
- Collaborate with the store management to plan meat promotions or special cuts.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-4 years of experience** as a Butcher in a supermarket, hypermarket, or meat shop.
- Knowledge of various meat cuts and preparation techniques.
- Familiar with **UAE food safety and hygiene standards.**:

- Good communication skills and customer service attitude.
- Physical ability to lift and handle heavy products safely.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Education**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Food Safety Certification is an added advantage.
