**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert facial treatments including cleansing, exfoliation, masks, and anti-aging or specialty treatments based on client needs.
- Perform various types of massages (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, etc.) tailored to the individual preferences of each client.
- Assess clients' skin types and conditions, recommending appropriate treatments and products.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of clients throughout treatments, following professional standards and protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all clients.
- Educate clients about skincare routines, aftercare, and the benefits of regular treatments.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest facial and massage therapy techniques, trends, and products.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history, preferences, and any contraindications.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in promoting spa services and retail products to clients.
- Manage appointment bookings and schedules efficiently.
