Wefix Auto Services is a growing automotive workshop in Al Quoz, Dubai, specializing in multi-brand car repairs, servicing, and diagnostics. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Service Advisor / Sales Executive who can handle incoming calls from our marketing channels (Google Ads, social media, etc.), understand customer requirements, and convert inquiries into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Understand mechanical and technical repair requests to provide accurate guidance to clients.
- Prepare job estimates, explain service options, and upsell relevant workshop services.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings, ensuring high conversion rate.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to communicate customer requirements clearly.
- Follow up with customers for approvals, updates, and post-service satisfaction.
- Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and conversions.
- Contribute to customer relationship building and workshop reputation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or Sales Executive in an automotive workshop in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of car mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
- Ability to handle customer objections and convert inquiries into sales.
- Familiarity with DMS (Dealer Management System) or job card systems preferred.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused, and target-driven.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
