KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all Interior Design projects and initiatives of the company.
- Ensure project budgets are compiled, with margins improved wherever possible
- Work with the project team in preparation and agreement of Project Execution Plan and Project Cost Plan, implementing strategies that minimize potential delays and not compromising safety or quality standards
- Work with Project team and Commercial team on major claim strategies and submissions, risk analysis and legal compliances.
- Ensure proper selection of suppliers and subcontractors who are capable to execute works efficiently within budget and time.
- Ensure proper company resources are in place and are able to execute works with high productivity and within budget and time
- Identify scope for implementation of the team.
- Responsible in ensuring that all requirements for the projects and initiatives are made available timely.
- Collaborate and build strong relationship with vendors and business partners to develop the right tools and systems needed to support the operation and projects.
- Participate in client liaison on commercial, technical, safety and future business development matters.
- Maintain close liaison with clients representatives throughout the project life so as to ensure customer satisfaction for projects across the region.
- Regular meetings with key business and government representatives
- Support the Senior Managers in managing, hiring, and developing an effective team
- Fulfil tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives

- Support financial departmental objectives continuously to the overall company performance.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following fire, life and safety standards at all times for self, employees and clients.
- Deliver highest quality service to exceed our clients’ expectations.
- Develop self by attending all trainings provided in the department and the company
- Engineering Graduate
- Arabic Speaking
- Minimum experience of 10-years in Interiors Fit Out industry in the region.
- Possess a valid UAE driving license
