**Job Title**: Bike Rider Recruiter (Onsite - Dubai)

**Location**: Dubai, UAE
**Type**: Onsite
**Compensation**: Commission-based (AED 500 per successful hire)

**Responsibilities**:

- Source, screen, and recruit qualified **bike riders** for delivery operations across Dubai.
- Build and maintain a strong network within the rider community.
- Conduct interviews, document verification, and coordinate onboarding.
- Ensure riders meet all licensing and visa requirements.
- Achieve hiring targets within given timelines.

**Requirements**:

- **Must be based in Dubai** and available for onsite work.
- **Must have a valid UAE bike driving license.**:

- **Must have own visa** (employment or freelance).
- Prior experience as a **bike rider or recruiter of riders** is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, Urdu, or Arabic.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **AED 500 commission per successful rider onboarding.**:

- Recruit **5 riders** → Earn **AED 2,500**:

- Recruit **10 riders** → Earn **AED 5,000**:

- Recruit **20 riders** → Earn **AED 15,000**:

- Upon successful hiring of **5 riders**, a **company visa** can be provided.
