**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations
- Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up with clients
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and sales events
- Track inventory and liaise with warehouse/production teams regarding stock availability
- Prepare sales reports and documentation for internal use
- Support the onboarding process for new clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Cakes preferred.
- Knowledge of basic sales and customer service principles
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based environment
- Weekly Off
