About the role:
Global Trade Middle East covers most of global product offering, such as, Structured Export Finance, Commodity Corporate Finance, Supply Chain Financing, Bank trade solutions, Corporate sales. This role is to support the OSD (Origination & Structuring & Distribution) team members in all aspects of the development of new production, structuring and closing of deals and distribution efforts to comply with the OTD policy of Natixis, with a non-exclusive focus on structured financings for Natixis’ regional clients in the EMEA and CIS areas.

Main activities:

- Preparing client pitches and indicative proposals;
- Support Originators in all phases of origination, structuring and closing of a deal;
- Support dedicated distribution teams;
- Once closed, support smooth transfer of a transaction to the AMP Portfolio team,
- Support team members in any other transversal activities across the internal departments.

Interactions:

- Internally with all teams involved in new originated transaction: Coverage, AMP, Insurance, syndication, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Middle, Back offices, etc
- Externally with clients (corporates, Export Credit agencies, Financial Institutions), external law firms, other banks involved in syndication, etc.

Requirement:

- Strong educational background and teamwork ability;
- Strong analytical / modelling skills. Ability to multi-task with adaptability and efficiency;
- English fluent with ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally;
- Commercial sense and good interpersonnal skills;
- Full knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
