We are seeking a highly experienced Events Expert to join our team and help us deliver exceptional events that leave a lasting impression on our attendees. As an Events Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning, from conceptualization to execution. **your CV must have links for videos and images for previous events that you planned and worked at.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to identify their event needs and objectives, and develop customized event plans that meet their goals and budget.
- Manage all logistics and operational details of events, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, transportation, and equipment rental.
- Develop and maintain event budgets, timelines, and production schedules to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Create engaging event themes, designs, and marketing materials that resonate with attendees and promote event success.
- Supervise event staff and coordinate all event activities to ensure events run smoothly and meet client expectations.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance future events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset and ability to develop innovative event concepts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and technology.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
