LEAD AUTO SPARE PARTS INDUSTRY L.L.C is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operation Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our company. The Operation Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all operational activities are carried out efficiently, effectively, and in line with the company's goals and standards. This role involves managing the supply chain, optimizing processes, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all departments.
- Monitor and improve operational performance by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**Supply Chain Management**:

- Manage the entire supply chain process, from procurement to inventory management and distribution.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality spare parts.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory turnover, and minimize excess inventory to optimize costs.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to develop staff skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and effective communication.

**Customer Service Excellence**:

- Ensure that customer service standards are met and exceeded, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and ensure that operations align with customer expectations.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Financial Management**:

- Manage the operational budget, ensuring that all activities are carried out within financial constraints.
- Analyze financial data related to operations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement measures to improve profitability.
- Collaborate with the finance department to prepare reports and forecasts, providing insights into operational performance.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure that all operations comply with legal regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to protect employees, customers, and company assets.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and address any areas of concern.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to streamline operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating relevant innovations into the company’s operations.
- Lead projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and achieving business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years experience as an Operation Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the automotive spare parts industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
