**Designation: Planning Manager (Construction)**

**Project Location: Dubai Creek Harbour**

**Responsibilities**

  • Understand the tender documents and prepare Tender Construction Program using Microsoft Excel and Primavera
  • Understand the Tender drawings, and by studying the Site status, prepare the method statement of work which includes but not limited to Logistics Plan, Heavy equipment plan, Construction sequence and methodology of work
  • Prepare drawings in AutoCAD as required for tender submission
  • Providing assistance to engineering teams as required
  • Prepare required presentation for Client and Higher management
  • Review all the documents received from Client thoroughly, and track, record and update any discrepancies in document list from previous
  • Responsible for all the submissions relate to tender department and keeping records
  • Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
  • Coordinate with other department for any submissions
  • Responsible to ensure that the site is supplied with all tender documents needed to carry out the works
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement

**Requirements**

- An associate’s degree in the relevant engineering discipline.**

  • 10 Years or more UAE Experience preferably with Emaar.**_
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Practical experience using Primavera is Mandatory
  • Ability to follow instructions and to collaborate with others.
