1 Dispense medications to inpatient as per prescription.

2 Reviews and interprets each prescription/ medication order before dispensing to ascertain correctness of strength, dose instructions and dosage form.

3 Patient counseling
- Provides appropriate patient information concerning the dispensed medications.

4 Clarify any prescription abnormality with the prescribing physician. Any unresolved problems are referred to chief pharmacist.

5 Supervise the repackaging, labeling and documentation of medications issued to other departments.

6 Answers drug related inquiries received from doctors, nurses and customers. Those inquiries which cannot be answered with certainty are to be referred to the chief pharmacist.

7. Performs specialty pharmacy activities, as delegated and trained.

8. Responsible for medicine’s stock, near expiry medicines monitoring

9.10 Performs other miscellaneous duties, as directed by the chief pharmacist.

10. To follow appropriate international guidelines, DOH regulations & Joint Commission International norms while treating or managing patients as well as while discharging their professional duties.

11. Develop positive business relationships with customers and suppliers at the Pharmacy level to achieve growth.

12. Responsible for all stocks lying within the pharmacy, that they are assigned, based on the percentage of goods sold.

13. Liquidating Expiry and having a clear focus on the push list.

14. The pharmacist must ensure to maintain a healthy stock level and liquidate all near expires to reach to zero expiry of OTC products. Moreover, she/he need to put efforts in maintaining a healthy stock of chronic medications.

**Qualifications**:
1. Preferred staying in Khalifa A city or near to

have a willing to travel or re allocate

1. HAAD license or DOH eligibility letter is a must

2.Family visa, Husband visa or Own visa

3. Education and training. Pharmacists must possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college or school of pharmacy.

4. Fresh graduated with doh eligibility or 1 years experience HAAD female pharmacist are eligible

5. Thorough knowledge of UAE Laws, company policies, regulations precedents applicable to the area of work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
