**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Other Requirements: Familiarity with purchasing software or ERP systems is a plus.
