- Develop detailed 3D models of mechanical systems, including HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, and fire protection, using Revit
- Create parametric families and components for mechanical equipment, ductwork, piping, and fixtures.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of mechanical systems representation in the BIM model.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate mechanical designs into the BIM model.
- Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings to resolve clashes and conflicts between mechanical systems and other building components.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular quality checks on mechanical BIM models to verify compliance with project standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Review model elements for accuracy, consistency, and constructability.
- **Documentation**:

- Generate construction documentation from the BIM model, including mechanical plans, sections, details, and schedules.
- Prepare equipment schedules, pipe sizing calculations, and other mechanical deliverables.
- **Model Management**:

- Organize and maintain the structure of mechanical BIM models, including file naming conventions, layer management, and model hierarchy.
- Manage linked models and reference files for accurate coordination with architectural, structural, and other discipline-specific models.
- **Training and Support**:

- Provide training and support to project team members on mechanical BIM software, workflows, and standards.
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to mechanical BIM modeling and coordination.
- **Innovation**:

- Explore and implement new technologies, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity in mechanical BIM modeling.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering and BIM technology.
- **Coordination with External Partners**:

- Coordinate mechanical BIM deliverables with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure interoperability and data exchange.
- Facilitate the integration of design changes and revisions from external partners into the BIM model

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
