**Role Overview**:
The Content Associate/Data Entry will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate product and menu listings in our digital systems. This includes catalog management, data entry, content standardization, quality checks, and ensuring that all information is complete, accurate, and aligned with company guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Data Entry & Catalog Management**
- Accurately input and update product/menu information including names, descriptions, prices, categories, modifiers, and images into internal systems and platforms.
- Create and maintain digital catalogs with structured and standardized content.

**2. Content Quality & Accuracy**
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all content is complete, error-free, and follows brand guidelines.
- Identify and correct any discrepancies, missing information, or formatting issues.

**3. Process & System Management**
- Follow data entry SOPs and cataloging standards to maintain consistency across all listings.
- Support the implementation of updates, new menu launches, or catalog migrations as needed.

**4. Cross-Functional Coordination**
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure timely content updates.
- Coordinate with vendors, brand teams, or clients to collect accurate information when required.

**5. Performance & Reporting**
- Track content updates, maintain documentation, and support regular reporting on catalog status.
- Suggest improvements to content processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in data entry, content management, e-commerce, menu/catalog management, or related roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or POS platforms.
- Experience with F&B menu entry, e-commerce catalogs, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
