Preferred from Ukraine.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of Leasing and Sales experience in Dubai (required).
- Aware of the Real Estate Market in Dubai.
- Having knowledge of the Secondary Market in Dubai/UAE.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong communication skills and a Pleasing personality.
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Required:

- 3 commercial leasing agents
- 4 residential leasing agents
- 6 Off-plan sales Specialists

**Required Skills**:

- Should have innovative marketing skills
- Should have leasing experience of residential and commercial real estate
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Should have skills of handling and recording leads for future reference and reporting.
- Ability to work with targets and commission basis.
- RERA Certification is an advantage
